Rules for respectful civic debate on VoxUK

VoxUK is a space for respectful civic debate. These community standards exist to ensure everyone can participate safely and constructively in discussions about issues that matter to Britain.

What Is Not Allowed

  1. 1 No profanity or offensive language Profanity of any kind is not permitted in comments.
  2. 2 No personal attacks or insults Do not direct insults at other users. Disagree with the argument, not the person.
  3. 3 No hate speech Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate removal.
  4. 4 No threats or incitement to violence Any comment threatening violence or encouraging harm to others is strictly prohibited.
  5. 5 No spam or repeated content Don't post adverts, repeated content, off-topic posts, or links unrelated to the petition.
  6. 6 No sharing personal information Don't share private details about yourself or others, including names, addresses, phone numbers or emails.
  7. 7 No misinformation Stick to facts. Don't spread false claims, conspiracy theories or deliberately misleading content.
  8. 8 Comments must be meaningful All comments must be at least 10 characters. Single words or meaningless posts will be rejected.
